“ANTI-LETTERBOX COMPANY ACT”

On 01.02.2017, the Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on Register for Partners of the Public Sector and on Amendment and Supplementation of Certain Acts ( “Anti–letterbox Company Act“) will come into effect. The aim of the Anti–letterbox Company Act is to create a register of partners of the public sector into which natural and legal persons who have access or want to gain access to public resources will be required to register.
